For owner and founder Jeff Fliginger, mowing lawns as a young man meant more than just earning a little extra cash. It was the start of a lifelong educational and career passion. Even while still in high school, he took his dedication to excellent lawn care and customer service to a new level — he expanded his business from Belt into Great Falls, setting the stage for what would become a large and thriving company. In 1998 he graduated from Belt Valley High School and began working on a degree in Horticulture and Landscape Design from Montana State University in Bozeman, graduating in 2002. Jeff’s a hands-on manager who remains involved in every aspect of the business.

Owner Willow Fliginger has a wide scope of duties at Doctor Lawn that in many ways mirrors her varied educational background. She graduated from C.M. Russell High School in 1995, and then earned a degree in psychology from the University of Montana Western in Dillon, graduating at the top of her class. She also studied law at the University of Montana in Missoula. No doubt it all comes in handy as our office manager who juggles customer relations, billing, scheduling crews, and pretty much anything else, including mowing.

Richard Cronk brings over 22 years of leadership experience in launching new ventures, expanding branch operations, and revitalizing underperforming divisions for a Fortune 500 company. A proven corporate strategist and marketing leader, Richard has consistently driven significant growth across the sales industry through his forward-thinking business acumen.

Known for his hands-on leadership and deep operational insight, he specializes in diagnosing and removing obstacles to growth—ranging from organizational structure and sales channels to product strategy, sourcing, and market positioning. His success stems from a philosophy of total enterprise engagement, aligning all levels of the organization around a unified vision for performance improvement and long-term success.
